How it works
From our workshop to your location
Every order is manufactured to specification at our Singapore facility before being carefully packaged in parts that are easily assembled together. Production time varies by order complexity — ready-made items typically ship within 3–5 business days, while custom commissions require additional lead time agreed at the quotation stage.
We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure your model arrives safely, regardless of destination. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order to your door.

Important notice
Customs & import duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
ShadowLink Technologies has no control over customs processing times or the fees levied by individual countries. We recommend checking your local customs authority's guidelines before placing an order, particularly for large or high-value items.
All shipments are declared accurately in accordance with export regulations. We do not under-declare values or misrepresent goods on customs documentation.
Packaging & handling
Built to survive the journey
Large-scale military models require robust packaging. Each piece is individually wrapped, cushioned, and secured in a reinforced outer carton designed to withstand international freight handling.
For oversized or particularly fragile commissions, we use custom-built crating. Packaging costs for crated items are quoted separately and agreed before dispatch.
